Refund policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not, please let us know! Your business is very important to us!

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 DAYS of delivery. We never give cash or card refunds, no exceptions. You may return through mail, at your expense, or bring the item to the store. Please have your original proof of purchase or your item cannot be returned. Your item must have tags attached and be unworn and unaltered for us to accept your return. Item must be free of odor, pet hair and any sign of wear. Shoes must be accompanied with the original packaging.

Clearance items (40% off or more) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
